1099 Filing Service

Deadline is January 31st To File IRS 1099 Forms for Payment to Freelancers and Contractors

Are You Required to File 1099's?

The IRS has a tax form called a 1099, which reports the amounts of money you paid to freelancers and contractors.
These forms must be filed by January 31, 2025, for the 2024 tax year.

You are required to file these forms to the IRS if you paid at least $600 per person during the tax year.  And you have to give a copy of the 1099 form to each recipient.
Some examples:
  • You're a bandleader and you paid each of your band members for gigs
  • You hired a freelance helper to set up your art show
  • You created a video and paid freelance camera people

Our 1099 Filing Service Makes It Easy

Use our easy and affordable 1099 filing service to avoid the headache of tedious and time-consuming paperwork.

Just follow these simple steps:
1. Have each recipient fill out an IRS W-9 form. This form is required for collecting the needed info such as name/address
2. Provide us a copy of each W-9 form along with the total amount paid to each recipient during the tax year
3. Pay our fee of just $35 per 1099. We take PayPal or Venmo.

All info and fees are due to us by Jan. 15, so we have enough time to prepare your 1099's. And of course you can deduct those fees on your own tax return!

Then, sit back, relax, and let us do the work. We e-file your 1099 forms with the government and provide you pdf copies to send to your recipients. It's that easy to make sure you're in compliance with the IRS.
